It's day 2.
Day 1 was awesome.
Day 2 not so.
I blame inset day...free food.
I was really good at breakfast walking past the scrummy egg muffins and crispy bacon rolls to the fruit basket perched unwelcoming, on the edge of the canteen...past the high calorie fruit juices and sweet yogurt pots which caught my eye.
I was good. A black coffee, a satsuma and a banana.
Break was another test of the will power...though much easier this time as it was giant cookies...nut contents were negligible.
Lunch was the problem. Beef lasagna or a cheese ravioli type bake. So I had the cheese & the obligatory 1 slice of garlic bread pushed on the side and salad.
Hmm went even further down hill as day progressed...
Went shopping did well got loads of low fat...Low sugar food. My trolley resembled a healthy one, green veg, more green veg and several emergency bags. ...of veg lol. (and some were even yellow!)
Also got some heavenly- low fat- 65 calories -rice cakes. ..yum with choccy coating😍. ....good for you and delicious.
Dinner was another hurdle. Late in, hubby started making everyone fresh bread sarnies.
Bacon or Fried egg...
So he made me one, with mushrooms too. (it's a veg)
Bacon egg and mushrooms all ok.
But the bread not so.😐 Thick slices of doughy goodness....I Say no more. 😕
So day 2 ' s diet has been a little worse for wear.
💜Valentines💜 day tomorrow. ..going out for lunch....I am going to have to really watch it.
Then out again for a meal Tuesday. ..and ALL before 1st weigh in on Wednesday lol!!!
