Can't belive I'm in July and neck has erupted

It's July!

Every year for the past 18 years I am a red raised beetroot on my neck. But even though I'm suffering it's nothing to what it has been in previous years.
Nothing.

Last year I was SO Ill. I was ill with rash. Every part of me was glowing red. Like I had sunburn but hadn't been out in the sun.

I think it's contained as much as it can be due to prevention methods.

It's hot though. I'm finding the heat making me sweat. Making me itch. Not good. This week the temperatures will hit 30's
Not good for me at all.

Fingers are sore at mo. Where I file them back. I keep knocking skin which is not used to it and getting sore cuts.

Worse areas at the moment  are. Feet. Like blood blister rash. Can get extremely itchy. It's intense.  I scratch and scratch and can not stop !!

Then sore 😦

Arms are sore but not as bad as have been.
